Bank Property Valuation FAQ
Can I use your report for any bank?
We are officially empanelled with over 10 nationalized and private banks. For banks where we are not directly empanelled, our status as IBBI Registered Valuers and Chartered Engineers ensures our property valuation certificates are still widely accepted.
What documents do I need for a Home Loan Valuation?
Typically, we require the Title Deed, latest Land Tax Receipt, Possession Certificate, and the Approved Building Plan. If it is an under-construction property, we also need the proposed structural estimates.
