We provide certified valuation reports for land, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services are conducted by **IBBI Registered Valuers** and are valid for submission to major nationalized and private banks, income tax authorities, and legal proceedings.
03Service Engagement & Data
Client Obligations:

- →Provision of physical access for site inspection
- →Disclosure of all known encumbrances or litigations
- →Payment of agreed professional fees upon report delivery
04Limitations of Liability
While we strive for absolute precision based on current market trends and local PWD/Registration department guidelines, our valuation reflects the fair market value at the **time of inspection**. We are not responsible for future market volatility, changes in government land-use policies, or environmental factors occurring after the report date.
05Jurisdiction
These terms and any resulting service agreements shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **Kollam, Kerala**.
