How long does it take to get a valuation report?
A standard property valuation report (for residential buildings, apartments, or vacant land) typically takes 2 to 3 business days to complete.
This turnaround time begins after two crucial steps are completed:
- Physical Site Inspection: A certified engineer visits the property to verify boundaries, structural quality, and measurements.
- Document Submission: You provide the necessary paperwork (such as the Title Deed, latest Land Tax Receipt, and Possession Certificate).
